Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of June, 2020, Petitioner Willow Arvilla Trail, filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, for an Order by said Court, changing the name of Willow A. Trail to Willa A. Trail. If anyone shall object to this name change they may petition the Mercer County Circuit Court located at 1501 Main Street, Suite 111 Princeton, WV 24740, on or before June 17, 2020 @ 2:00p.m. in the Honorable Mark Wills, Courtroom or (10) days of this publication.
