To: JOHN M BREITMEIER, JOHN M BREITMEIER – PERSONAL SERVICE, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, or lienholders.

 

You will take notice that Property Investment Trust, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541887, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg 115.1×35.38×34.78 x4.41x150x36.79 @ 1119 19th St which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Breitmeier John M, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 07/23/2015. Property Investment Trust requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 10/19/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 10/19/2015 will be as follows:

 

Amount equal to the taxes and charges due on the date of sale, with interest, to 10/19/2015.
