Stewart, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No.: 541842, located in Parkersburg District, Parkersburg 2 Lots 3×125 29×125 Latrobe St (Daughter) 2011 2 Lots 3×125 29×125 Latrobe St 2012-13 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Lyons Mary E 2011 Kelley Veronica Smith Larry 2012 Kelley Carolyn A 2013, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Wood County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 07/23/2015. Michael E. Stewart requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 11/09/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 11/09/2015 will be as follows:
