DYER, DECEASED, FORMERLY OF CLEVELAND, OH; ROY JACKSON DYER HEIRS, FORMERLY OF CLEVELAND, OH; JEAN DYER PURDUE OR HER HEIRS; CANDICE SUE WILLIAMS OR HER HEIRS., or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all unknown heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.

You will take notice that FOUR LEAF COMMONS LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2023-C-000130, located in SALT LICK District, 1.69AC COG KANAWHA which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of WILLIAMS CANDICE SUE ET AL, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of BRAXTON County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 10, 2024. FOUR LEAF COMMONS LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after February 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before January 31, 2025 will be as follows:
