To: DUSTIN LEE BOOTHE, AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCE INC, DUSTIN LEE BOOTHE-REGULAR MAIL, AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCE INC-REGULAR MAIL or  heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all unknown heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators or lien holders.
You will take notice that Kevin W. Harper Investments, Inc., the purchaser of  the following real estate, Certification No.: 131915, located in Meadow Bluff District,  Lot 116 Leslie S/D Gnr Fin Leslie WV   70x150x58x160 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Boothe Dustin Lee, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and non entered lands of Greenbrier County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 08/13/2015. Kevin W. Harper Investments, Inc.  requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made  on or after 12/14/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 12/14/2015 will be as follows:
Amount equal to the taxes and charges due on the date of the sale, with interest, to 12/14/2015    $681.34
Amount of taxes paid on the property since the sale, with interest to 12/14/2015    $0.00
Amount paid for title examination and preparation of the list to be served and for preparation and service of notice with interest to 12/14/2015.    $565.43
Additional statutory fees with interest to 12/14/2015    $0.00
Total amount payable to sheriff – cashier check, money order or certified or personal check must be made payable to The Honorable Jan Cahill, Sheriff of Greenbrier County……….$1,246.77
You may redeem at any time before 12/14/2015, by paying the above total less any unearned interest.
