Notice of sale
On Saturday, the 21st day of November 2015, at 9:00 a.m. the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash or check the following automobiles.

Red in color.
(2) 1997 Geo Prizm, 4 door, VIN# 1Y1SK5261VZ461787, Maroon in color.
(3) 1998 Mazda Pickup Truck, Extended Cab, 4X4 VIN# 4F4ZR17X0WTM08177,
Green in color.
(4) 2000 Ford Explorer Sport, 2 door, 4X4 VIN# 1FMYU70EXYUA98921, Black
in color.
(5) 2002 Ford Ranger, Extended Cab, 4X4, VIN# 1FTZR45E92PA68977, Black
in color.
(6) 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt, 2 door, VIN# 1G1AK12F457597988, White in color.
These vehicles have been forfeited to the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department pursuant to WV Code 60A-7-701 et seq, The West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act. This auction will take place in the back parking lot of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department in Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. These vehicles can be viewed day of sale. Terms of sale will be cash or check to the highest bidder to be paid on day of sale. Any check must be accompanied by an approval letter from the purchaser’s bank stating sufficient funds are available for the transaction. There is no warranty on any of these vehicles and are being sold as is, where is. Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over previously released information. We reserve the right to refuse any and all bids.
