Sale will include any and all items stored in unit. Bids will be accepted at 9:30 am and units will be awarded to highest bidders. Purchaser must pay in full, cash only, winning bid amount and a $50 refundable deposit. Units must be emptied and cleaned on sale date to obtain return of $50 deposit. Those wishing to reclaim their property must pay any outstanding debt in full, cash only, by 8:30 am Tuesday, JANUARY 17, 2017. Upon payment in full unit must be vacated.
