NOTICE OF SALE
On Saturday, the 9th day of April 2016, at 9:00 AM the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash or check the following vehicles. These vehicles have been forfeited to the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office pursuant to Criminal Action No. 15-F-131(R).

This auction will take place in the back parking lot of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office in Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. These vehicles can be viewed on the day of sale. Terms of sale will be cash or check to the highest bidder to be paid on the day of sale. Any check must be accompanied by an approval letter from the purchaser’s bank stating sufficient funds are available for the transaction. These vehicles have no warranty and are being sold as is, where is. Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over previously released information. We reserve the right to refuse any and all bids.
