NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE OF SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in Timothy J. LaFon, Special Commissioner, by the Order to Sell Property entered August 7, 2025 in the matter of City of St. Albans v. T&C Construction Services, LLC and Theodore Miller, Civil Action No. 2022-C-189 by Judge Mary Claire Akers, Judge of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia. The Order to Sell Property instructs the Special Commissioner to sell the following described property to the highest bidder, subject to the terms of sale listed hereunder, at the front door of the Courthouse of Kanawha County, in Charleston, West Virginia on: October 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. DESCRIPTION: THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in the Syndicate Park Addition to St. Albans, Jefferson District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, as shown upon a map of said Syndicate Park Addition, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Map Book 3, at Page 16, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: PARCEL NO. 1: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the westerly side of Richmond Street, at the common front corner of Lots 24 and 15 of Block C., Syndicate Park Addition, as shown upon the above-mentioned map; thence leaving said Richmond Street and running with the dividing line between Lots 24 and 25, Block C, of said Syndicate Park Addition, a distance of 105 feet to an iron pin in the easterly line of a ten foot alley at the rear common corner of Lots 24 and 25; thence running with the easterly line of said alley, with the rear lines of Lots 24, 23, 22, 21 and part of Lot 20, a distance of 148.25 feet to an iron pin at the intersection of the easterly line of said alley with the southerly line of the present highway known as U.S. Route 60; thence running with said line of the highway, a distance of 107 feet to an iron pin in the westerly line of Richmond Street, which iron pin is 0.96 feet in a southerly direction from the original font common corner of Lots 20 and 21, Block C, of said Syndicate Park Addition; thence with the westerly line of Richmond Street, a distance of 59.04 feet to the place of beginning, being all of Lot 22, all of Lot 21 except a small triangular parcel in the northwesterly corner thereof fronting 0.96 feet on Richmond Street, and a part of Lot 20, Block C. and all of Lots 23 and 24, Block C, Syndicate Park Addition.
