NOTICE OF SALE OF EXCESS PROPERTY Please take notice that the West Virginia Parkways Authority, formerly, the West Virginia Turnpike Commission, has determined that 0.119 acres, more or less, part of Lot 11 located on Whittaker Drive, Gallagher, Kanawha County, West Virginia 25083 is excess and accordingly, may be sold at public auction. By letter from the general engineering consultant, HNTB Corporation, dated July 14, 2023, in accordance with the applicable trust indentures, and as a result of the affirmative vote of the Authority at a regular monthly meeting held pursuant to lawful notice, a resolution was adopted authorizing the sale at public auction, subject to the conditions set forth in this notice, of the subject 0.119 acres, more or less, of Turnpike property. It also should be noted that there is an encroachment of a car port at the northern end of the excess property to be sold and there is a garage encroachment on the south end of the excess area to be sold.
