Notice is hereby given that the Town of Rainelle, a Municipal Corp-oration, is accepting sealed bids on certain valuable real estate located on 5th Street. A minimum bid is set at $3,500.
Description of Property: PARCEL NO. 1: Lot No. Twelve (12) Section 21 fronts 50 Feet on 5th Street and extends back therefrom in a westerly direction 94 feet to an alley. PARCEL NO. 2: Lot No. 13, of Section 21 of the Levelton Land and Improvement Company Addition to the Town of Rainelle as shown set out upon a map or plat of said addition of record in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s Office in Map Book 1 at Page 33, said lot being situate on 5th Street in the Town of Rainelle.
Written, sealed bids for the property will be accepted and be received no later than 11:00 AM on July 8, 2016 at Rainelle Town Hall located at 1233 Kanawha Avenue, Rainelle, West Virginia 25962. Mailing address is PO Box 648 Rainelle, West Virginia 25962. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the following information: BID-5th STREET PROPERTY.
