NOTICE OF SALE OF
VALUABLE REAL ESTATE
BY SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS
Pursuant to an order of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, made and entered on the 10th day of April 2015, in the case of Janet W. Steele et. als. v. Garry L. Wolfe, Civil Action Number 13 C-257 (R), the undersigned Special Commissioners will on Friday the 5th day of June 2015, at the front door of the courthouse of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, at 11:00 AM of that day offer for sale to the highest bidder or bidders the following described lots or parcels located in the city of White Sulphur Springs, Greenbrier County, West Virginia described as follows:
A. Tax Map 9, Parcel 516; 140x118x150x118 and being those parcels as conveyed unto Lawrence L. Wolfe and Elizabeth M. Wolfe by deed from F. E. Liptrap, et ux dated July 3, 1969, and of record in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s office in Deed Book 207 at page 48.
B. Tax Map 10, Parcel 17; 36’x85′ and being that same parcel as conveyed unto Elizabeth M. Wolfe by deed from Elizabeth M. Wofe as the sole heir of Zettie Byer Marshall a.k.a. Zettie Byer Marshall Cauley, dated June 27, 1994, and of record in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s office in Deed Book 425 at page 661.
TERMS:
1. THE SALE IS SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION BY THE SAID CIRCUIT COURT OF GREENBRIER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA.
2. DEED WILL BE BY SPECIAL WARRANTY.
3. Cash payment at time of sale or an irrevocable letter of credit addressed to the Special Commissioners guaranteeing payment of the purchase price.
4. The 2014 taxes and all subsequent taxes shall be the purchaser’s obligation.
5. Said tracts will be offered individually by the commissioners and lumped as will bring the highest and best price.
6. Sale will be subject to continuance for good cause by oral declaration of commissioners at time of sale.
7. Property is sold “AS IS-WHERE IS” as to condition of improvements.
8. Buyer is responsible to pay for any title examination which must be conducted prior to sale. Buyer will pay transfer stamps and recording fees.
