NOTICE OF SELF-SERVICE STORAGE LIEN AUCTION
Please take notice that pursuant to WV Code § 38-14-3, Campbell Properties, LLC, d/b/a Brown Storage, has a perfected self-service storage lien on all personal property stored within those self-service storage units located at 105 Carpenter Drive, Lewisburg, WV 24901, leased by the following individuals:
Rex Sparks, Jr., Hattie Jackson, Debbie Stanley c/o Scotty Lowe, Misty Collins, Robert Still, John Lower, Ashley Farley, Charles Dalton and Jessica Adkins.
Brown Storage will enforce its perfected self-service storage lien via sale by public auction of the contents of the individual storage units, with said public auction taking place on August 1, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at Brown Storage, 105 Carpenter Drive, Lewisburg, WV 24901. Contents may be inspected on the date of the auction when individual units are opened. Terms of sale: cash, certified funds or good check on the day of sale. All announcements on the day of sale take precedence.
