TAKE NOTICE that a Petition for Adoption was filed by Adoptive parents on the 29th of November, 2018, with the Clerk of Superior Court for Davidson County, Lexington, NC, in the above-entitled special proceeding. The Petition relates to a female child born on July 5, 2013 in University of Virginia Health System University Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia. The birth mother’s name is Victoria Renee Dye.
TAKE NOTICE that you are required to make defense to such pleading no later than forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, exclusive of such date. Upon your failure to do so, the Petitioners will apply to the Court for the relief sought in the Petition. Any parental rights that you have will be terminated upon the entry of the decree of adoption.
