NOTICE OF
SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the SPECIAL MEETING of the City of Beckley Common Council to lay the Levy will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. A Resolution will also be presented for Common Council’s adoption rescheduling the City of Beckley General Election for the Offices of Mayor and Members of Common Council on June 9, 2020, the same date and time as the rescheduled West Virginia Primary Election.
Due to the public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (covid-19) and out of concern for the health and well-being of City employees, members of Beckley Common Council and members of the public, the special meeting will be in a telephonic format. On the date and time of the Common Council meeting, you may access the livestream by selecting the link on the City of Beckley’s website at www.beckley.org, or by going to the City of Beckley Facebook page.
