The City of Bluefield, WV will hold a public auction for the sale of real property generally described as portions of parcel numbers 4 and 5 Tax Map 71, Bluefield Corporate District, located on Old Princeton Road, Bluefield, Mercer County, WV. The auction will begin November 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. This listing can be viewed at www.cityofbluefield.com/news.
Terms of sale are as follows: the property is sold in its current condition, as is, and the City of Bluefield provides no warranty of any kind or nature except as to title; and the successful bidder will submit a down payment of 10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}, with the balance due within 60 days.
The City has the right to cancel the auction process at any time.
