NOTICE OF TAKING OF AN ACCOUNT
TO: Constance S. Haun, General Receiver of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, and ALL Persons Who Have Money Subject to the Future Order of Said Court Which Remains Undisbursed:
You are hereby notified that the undersigned, Matthew S. Delliagatti, Commissioner, who is required by an Order of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, entered on the 10th day of January, 2017, to state and settle the accounts of Constance S. Haun, General Receiver of said Court, which accounts remain undisbursed, shall, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of June, 2021, in his office at 234 Adams Street, Suite 2, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, proceed to execute the aforesaid Order, at which time and place you are required to attend with such evidence as will enable him to comply with the Order of said Court.
