NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated May 30, 2003 executed by Daniel E. Price and Bridgette K. Price, married, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 682 at Page 574, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on December 16, 2015, at 11:45 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Fayette County, Fayetteville, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: Situate in Adena Village, Valley District, Fayette County, West Virginia Lot No. 7, as shown and designated on that certain map entitled “Adena Village Section One Adena Development Corporation, Valley District, Fayette County, W. Va.”, prepared by S. E. Thornton, P.E., dated May 1974, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia. And being the same property as was conveyed unto Daniel E. Price and Bridgette K. Price, by deed of William C. Buchanan and Stephanie L. Buchanan, dated the 1st day of May, 2003, and recorded with this deed of trust in the Office of the Clerk of the Fayette County Commission, Fayetteville, West Virginia, in deed book 595 and page 329. This Deed of Trust is made and accepted subject to all validly continuing reservations, restrictions, covenants, conditions, rights of way and easements made or contained in all prior deeds in the chain of title.
