NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated September 30, 2002 executed by Sarah L. Curatolo unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 662 at Page 729, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on December 16, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Fayette County, Fayetteville, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: TRACT ONE: BEGINNING on Fifth Avenue at the corner of Lot No. 6 in Block No. 14 and running East with Fifth Avenue 60 feet to the middle of Lot No. 8; thence at right angles through the middle of Lot No. 8 South 94 feet to the alley; thence at right angles with the alley West 60 feet to the corner of Lot No. 6; thence at right angles with the line of Lot No. 6 North 94 feet to Fifth Avenue to point of beginning, this being all of Lot No. 7 and one-half (1/2) of Lot No. 8 in Block 14, and containing 5640 square feet of land. TRACT TWO: BEGINNING at a point on Fifth Avenue, 34 feet west of the property line between Lots 9 and 10 in Block 14, and running in a southerly direction 94 feet to an alley way; thence, at right angles and in a westerly direction, a distance of 26 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, at right angles and in a northerly direction, a distance of 94 feet, to the line of Fifth Avenue; thence, at right angles and in a easterly direction, a distance of 26 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, being a lot in dimensions, 26 feet, more or less, by 94 feet, a part of Lot 8 and 9 in Block 14, as shown upon the I. J. Settle Map of the City of Montgomery. And being the same property as was conveyed unto Sarah L. Curatolo herein by deed dated the 9th day of February 1999, from Thomas W. Hudson, sole heir at law of Marie H. Hudson, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Deed Book 556 at Page 632.
