NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by deed of trust dated the 31st day of July 2008, signed by Joshua S. Gregory and Kasi A. Gregory aka Kasi A. Morrison, husband and wife, to Louis George, Trustee, which said deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 827, at page 206, and Golden & Amos, PLLC, Trustee having been requested so to do by the Secured Creditor, and default having been made under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust, and the provisions in said deed of trust concerning acceleration having been complied with by the Secured Creditor and present holder of the note, said Trustee will sell at public auction at 2:00 o’clock p.m. on the 28th day of APRIL 2015 at the front doors of the Courthouse in Fayette County in Fayetteville, West Virginia the following described real estate: The following described tract or parcel of surface land, together with any improvements thereon, rights incidental thereto and any appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in New Haven District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follow, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point, 1/2″ rebar with cap set on a wooded knoll, corner with Tommy and Barbara Carte, as described in Deed Book 546 at Page 15 of which this tract is a portion and corner with Tract #3 of this survey from which a 10″ gum bears S 40 f E 460 feet, thence through the parent tract: S 06 f 43′ E 321.90 feet to a point, 1/2″ rebar with cap set in the outside line of the parent tract, corner with Carte, Alfred McClung and Jay R.
