NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 20, 2013, executed by Lorene G. Goddard, aka Lorene Goddard, unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 5050 at Page 9233, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on December 18, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, Beckley, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: The following described property is located in the City of Mt. Being the same premises which North Ridge, Inc., by Deed dated 1/20/2004 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 5011, at page 7860, granted and conveyed unto Lorene Goddard. This conveyance is further made subject to the following limitations, restrictions, and uses, which shall run with the land, compliance with which may be enforced by North Ridge, Inc., a corporation, and is to be recorded prior to or simultaneously herewith.
