NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE is hereby given that default having been made under the terms of a deed of trust dated February 5, 2002, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on Instrument No. 50064671, at page 4671, executed by Charles Seldem Scharf, MD, to Roop Law Office, LC, Trustees securing Lewis W. Boothe, which was given to secure the payment of the note therein described, and demand having been made upon the undersigned so to do, the undersigned Trustee, Paul W. Roop, II of Roop Law Office will, on the 9th day of February, 2015, at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse, in the City of Beckley, West Virginia, at 9:30 a.m., sell the property hereinafter described, which property was conveyed in said deed of trust, and being more particularly described as follows: The following described property located in Raleigh County, West Virginia: BEGINNING at a five-eights inch (5/8″) rebar at the southeastern corner to a 30 foot right of way, said rebar being situated N. 41 f 23′ E. 30.00 feet from a three-quarter inch (3/4″) iron rod at the easternmost corner to a tract standing in the name of Billy C. Durham and Cynthia Durham (Deed Book 723 at Page 570); thence following the northeastern boundary of said right of way, N. 48 f 37′ W. 176.84 feet to a five-eights inch (5/8″) rebar; thence N. 17 f 32′ E. 219.85 feet to a five-eights inch (5/8″) rebar; thence S. 20 f 32′ W. 291.74 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.00 care, more or less. Cook, P.E., West Virginia, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map File _________; And being the same property conveyed to Charles Seldem Scharf, MD, by Deed dated the 5th day of February, 2002 from Lewis W. Boothe, which said Deed is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Deed Book 5006, at page 4670.
