NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated June 29, 2012, executed by Borrower(s), Marion L Lilly and Patsy E Lilly, to Vance Golden, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5047, at Page 7700. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 109 Bower Avenue, Mabscott, WV 25871. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated June 29, 2015, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5059, Page 6309. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2015, AT 1:21 P.M. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Mabscott District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: The whole of the involved property vesting in the survivor thereof, the surface, together with any appurtenances thereon, of a certain lot or parcel of land situate in the LILLY HIGHLAND ADDITION to Mabscott, Raleigh County, West Virginia. And being LOT NO. FIVE (5) as shown on a map of said addition of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 185 at Page 156. And being part of the same property heretofore conveyed to Melvin Brown and Juanita Brown, husband and wife, by deed from Walter Bragg and Rosalea Bragg, his wife, dated the 24th day of July, 1973, Harry T. Roberts, et al, which said deed is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 368 at Page 529. Being the same property conveyed to Marion L Lilly and Patsy E Lilly by the Deed dated June 29, 2012 and recorded in Deed Book 5047 at Page 7684 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
