NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated January 13, 2005, from Bobby Eugene Evans and Dea Anna Evans to Roop, Smith & Roop, P.L.L.C., Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 733, at page 243, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $36,853.81, payable to Homeone Credit Corp., and default having been made pursuant to the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., as Assignee of the aforesaid Deed of Trust, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse in Fayetteville, West Virginia on September 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described tracts or parcels of real estate, together with the improvements thereon, appurtenances thereunto belonging and rights incidental thereto, situate in New Haven District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: Tract No. 1: BEGINNING at the county road corner to Lowrey and Mitchel and running down the hill 100 feet to corner of with Mitchel thence along hill side 25 feet to corner with Lowrey thence up the hill 100 feet to beginning containing 1/16 acre more or less. Tract No. 3: BEGINNING at a stake on the McGlocken Road running with said Road 150 feet to the Mitchell property; thence with Mitchell 74 feet to corner of Mitchell, Hale and Green, thence Northeast 120 feet to the beginning corner, containing one-fourth of an acre, more or less. Being part of the same property conveyed from Jamie Lee Ward and Shannon Lea Ward, husband and wife, to Bobby Eugene Evans and Dea Anna Evans, husband and wife, by Deed dated May 8, 2001, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 578, at page 671.
