NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated September 18, 2007, from Amanda M. Haney to Frederick A. Jesser, III, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 805, at page 719, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $100,370.73, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made pursuant to the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse in Fayetteville, West Virginia on November 5, 2015 at 9:45 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described tract or parcel of real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Plateau District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: A parcel of surface land fronting 90 feet on the Elverton Road and extending away from said road 110 feet, with a back line of a distance of 90 feet, and then extending to the aforementioned road 100 feet. Being the same property conveyed from Rebecca Lynn Redman to Amanda Marie Haney by Deed dated September 18, 2007, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 633, at page 197.
