NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated May 31, 2013, from Robert Dale Shrewsbury and Lindy Jane Shrewsbury to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5051, at page 8041, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $71,152.50, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on March 26, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, those certain tracts or parcels of real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in Slab Fork District, Raleigh County, West Virginia and bounded and described as follows: Tract I: All those two certain lots or parcels of land situate in the town of Rhodesdale (which is now commonly known as Rhodell) on Stonecoal River of Winding Gulf of Guyandotte River, Slab Fork District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being Lots 50 and 51 as shown by a map or plan of said town of Rhodesville, which map or plan is of record in the office of the clerk of the county commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 53, at Page 379, reference to which map is hereby made for a more complete description of the lots or parcels of land hereby conveyed. Tract II: The surface of the following described lot or parcel of land, situated in the state of West Virginia, County of Raleigh Slab Fork District, and in the town of Rhodell, formerly known as Rhodesdale, and being a part of Lot 52 and further described as follows: To wit: Beginning at a stake on Main Street, as a point which is the common corner between Lots 53 and 52, as shown on a map of Rhodesdale recorded with a deed in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 53, at Page 379, thence a straight line, splitting Lot 52 to a stake on the Right-of-Way of the Virginian Railway, a corner between Lots 52 and 51; thence a straight line with the line between Lots 52 and 51 to a stake on Main Street; thence a straight line with Main Street 30 Feet to the Point of Beginning. Map 1, Parcels 46 and 47. Being the same property conveyed from Surbert Shrewsbury to Robert Dale Shrewsbury and Lindy Jane Shrewsbury, by Deed dated April 11, 2013, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5051, at page 933.
