NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated October 19, 2005, executed by Borrower, Lila Groom, to Tommy J. Dixon, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Book 752, at Page 364. Pill & Pill, PLLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated November 6, 2015, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 959, Page 666. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Fayette County, in Fayetteville, West Virginia, on the following date: March 15th, 2016 at 1:33 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Valley District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE TOWN OF BOOMER, COUNTY OF FAYETTE AND STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, LOT #14 AND 15, RIVERVIEW ADDITION, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN A DEED VOLUME 395 AND PAGE 757, MAP #28S AND PARCEL #19. TAX MAP OR PARCEL ID NO.: 28S-19 This conveyance is herein subject to and lessened by a grant of the rear half of each of said lots by the said W. D. Wood in his lifetime, the said W. D. Wood being now deceased and by a subsequent grant of all the heirs of said W. D. Wood and his widow made to the State Road Commission of West Virginia (See Deed Book 87-555) for a right of way over about the rear twenty feet of said lots then remaining, both of which said grants are of record in said Clerk’s Office, to which said plat and said grants reference is here had and the same made parts hereof for purposes of description.
