NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated December 4, 2006, from Linda M. Schoolcraft to Kenneth Price, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 784, at page 660, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $62,510.63, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse in Fayetteville, West Virginia on June 3, 2016 at 8:30 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following parcels of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in Valley District, Armstrong Creek, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Being Lots No. 2 and 3, Section 6, as shown on that certain plan of lots entitled “Subdivision of Surface Tracts, Section No. 6, Powellton, Fayette County, West Virginia,” a map of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Fayette County Commission, Fayette County, West Virginia, in Map Book 11 at page 8, together with all rights and easements appurtenant thereto, including their rights to use in common with the owners of the other lots, the streets, alleys and ways of said map set forth. Being the same property conveyed from Tammie Tucker to Emmitt Schoolcraft, Jr. and Linda Schoolcraft, his wife, by Deed dated August 23, 1993, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 505, at page 792. Emmitt Schoolcraft, Jr. died on June 18, 2005, and by right of survivorship Linda Schoolcraft is now the sole owner of the property. Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
