NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated June 18, 2004, executed by the Borrower, Lorene Willow Dean Perdue, to Bonnie Sue Fleming, the Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5013, at Page 8784. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 401 Ridge Street, Mabscott, WV 25871. Pill & Pill, PLLC was appointed as Substitute Trustee by an APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated August 10, 2016, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 5063, at Page 990. The Borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustee will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: October 11, 2016 at 1:04 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Mabscott District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Town of Mabscott Heights, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being Lot No. 111 of the Mabscott Heights Addition to the Town of Mabscott, as shown on a map thereof, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book No. 8, at page 91. Said lot fronts 86 feet on street and extends back therefrom in a southeastern direction 105.25 feet to Lot No. 112, and extends back on the opposite side a distance of 94.20 feet to said Lot No. 112, bordering thereon 77 feet.
