NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE The undersigned trustee does hereby notify John R. Workman that default having been made on the note hereto dated February, 3, 2014, and executed by John R. Workman that the holder of this note has requested your trustee to proceed with a public sale on the undersigned property, to foreclose on the collateral security posted herewith; that this property will be sold at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on the 6th day of May, 2015, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., pursuant to the terms of that certain deed of trust dated September 26, 2013, and recorded July 9, 2014, in the Fayette County Clerk’s office in Trust Deed Book 932, at page 545 made and executed by John R. Workman to William A. McCourt, Jr., Trustee, securing the following described property, along with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging situate on West Virginia County Route 85/5 near Edmond, New Haven District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the edge of WV County Route 85/5, from which an iron pin found bears S 35 f 49′ E 49.48; thence N 69 f 35′ W 80.02 feet to a point, being the common corner to the Wood Tract (DB 497/PG 151); thence running with said Wood Tract N 22 f 52′ E passing a rebar set 15 feet out of the center of WV County Route 85/5 in all running 119.00 feet to a rebar set, common corner to Wood Tract (DB 497/PG 151); thence running with said Wood Tract N 69 f 44′ W 200.00 feet to point, being the common corner to Wood Tract (DB 497/PG 151) also being a point on the Higginbotham Tract (DB 462/PG 315); thence leaving Wood Tract (DB 497/PG 151) and with the Higginbotham Tract (DB 462/PG 315) N 26 f 15′ E 112.48 feet to a point; thence leaving Higginbotham Tract (DB 462/PG 315) and through the tract of which this is a part S 69 f 44′ E 300.08 feet to a point; thence S 29 f 25′ W passing a rebar set on line a 58.47 feet and at 15 feet out of the center of WV County Route 85/5 in all running 233.93 feet the point of BEGINNING and containing 1.00 Acre as shown on that map or plat entitled “Plat of Survey showing a One Acre Tract being a portion of the Minnie L. Wood 8.38 Acre Tract” dated February 3, 1998, a copy of said map being a part of that deed from Minnie L. Wood to William S. Wood dated March 10, 1998, in Deed Book 547 at Page 209.
