NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE`S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustees, Richard A. Pill, David D. Pill, and Amanda E. Steiner, any of whom may act, by that certain Deed of Trust dated November 3, 2006, executed by Borrower, James H. Guilliams, to Philip Hereford, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Morgan County, West Virginia, in Book 5024, at Page 5617. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 110 Railroad Avenue, Beckley, WV 25801. Richard A. Pill, David D. Pill, and Amanda E. Steiner were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated November 18, 2014, of record in the Clerk`s Office in Book 5057 at Page 1850. The borrower defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: The surface of Lot No. Two Hundred Ten (210), with all appurtenances thereto belonging, situate in the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, is shown on Map No. 5, of the Hedrick Walter-Carter Addition of the City of Beckley, which map is filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 1, at page 81, and more particularly described as follows: Said lot fronting sixty (60) feet on the southeast side of Railroad Avenue extending back between Lot No. 290 on the southwest side and Lot No. 211 on the northeast a distance of One Hundred Sixty Two (162) feet on line of Lot No. 209 and One Hundred Seventy One (171) feet on line of Lot No. 211 to a twelve foot alley, containing 10,000 square feet more or less.
