Roop, III, Trustees, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 739, at page 342, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $42,451.00, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made pursuant to the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse in Fayetteville, West Virginia on April 29, 2015 at 3:30 p.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the surface only of those certain lots or parcels or real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the High School Addition, New Haven District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being Lots Nos. 33 and 34.
