NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
By virtue of that certain Deed of Trust executed by Winfred Darlene Pittman and Richard Wayne Smith to Sandra Rodriguez, Trustee, to secure Popcorn Properties, LLC in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00), being dated the 10th day of January, 2017, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Trust and Mortgage Book 5065 at page 4802. Thereafter, Popcorn Properties, LLC, beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, exercised its option to appoint a substitute trustee which appointment was recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office appointing Rock S. Wilson as Substitute Trustee. Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and upon request of the secured creditor under said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder, on the 29th day of July, 2020, at 11:00 A.M., at the front door of the Court House of Raleigh County, Beckley, West Virginia, that certain lot, tract or parcel of real estate situate at 110 Shady Lane, Beckley, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
SUR LOT 6 (SD LT 17) SEC 5 & 20′ R/W LILLY LAND
Town District, Raleigh County, WV
Map 1005 Parcel 660001
BEING the same real estate conveyed unto Winfred Darlene Pittman and Richard Wayne Smith, by virtue of that certain Deed from Popcorn Properties, LLC, dated the 10th day of January, 2017, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, in Deed Book 5065 at page 4798.
The aforesaid will be sold subject to any unpaid taxes and existing building restrictions, restrictive covenants, exceptions, reservations, easements and servitudes to which said property has been heretofore subjected.
A special warranty deed will be issued to the purchaser.
Said sale may be adjourned from time to time by mere oral proclamation at the time and place of sale.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of Sale.
