NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE and Notice of the Beneficiary/Servicer's election to sell property is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Trustee(s) by that certain Deed of Trust dated September 1, 2023, executed by Ankrom Properties, LLC to Campbell Woods, PLLC, Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book 2936 at Page 90. Being the same property conveyed unto Ankrom Properties, LLC from Laura E. Morris, formerly known as Laura E. McQuinn, by deed dated February 14, 2011, of record in the Clerk's Office in Deed Book 1228, at Page 320. 2301 8th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25703: PARCEL NO. 1: All of the east one-half 30 x 200 of a certain lot, piece or parcel of ground situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a certain map of said City made by Rufus Cook, Surveyor, as LOT NO. 1, in BLOCK NO. 228, together with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
