NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated November 5, 2008, from Mark Thompson and Angela Skaggs to Casie McGee, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 832, at page 679, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $129,149.05, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse in Fayetteville, West Virginia on October 30, 2019 at 8:30 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, that certain tract or parcel of surface land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying off WV secondary Route 14, Gatewood Road, situate in Plateau District, Fayette County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows to-wit:

Being part of the property conveyed from Mary F. Thompson, widow, to Mark Edward Thompson, by Deed dated January 12, 2004, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 601, at page 304.
Terms of the sale: Ten percent nonrefundable cash deposit due at time of sale. Balance of purchase price due within thirty days of date of sale.
