NOTICE OF
TRUSTEE’S SALE
Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated May 4, 2012, from Karen McKeehan Crigger to Sharon Borich and Karen Wimmer, Trustees, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1232, at page 346, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $32,000.00 payable to New Peoples Bank, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by New Peoples Bank, Inc., the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Mercer County Courthouse, in Princeton, West Virginia on April 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in Beaver Pond District, Mercer County, West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a stake by an old road, thence, running a Westerly direction to an Oak tree, one hundred thirty seven feet (137) more or less, thence; running up the hollow a Westerly direction to a Beech tree five hundred seventy five feet (575) more or less thence; up the hill a Northerly direction to a stake in the lane seven hundred twenty seven feet (727) more or less, thence an Easterly direction to a fence two hundred fifty feet (250) more or less, thence running a Northwesterly direction to Robinson’s corner six hundred forty seven feet (647) more or less, thence; running with Robinson’s line a Northerly direction three hundred sixty seven feet (367) more or less to the point of BEGINNING.
Being the same property conveyed from Jannine Compton to Carol McKeehan Crigger by Deed dated April 27, 2012, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 975, at page 605.
Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
