NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on April 14, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall in Bluefield, Virginia (112 Huffard Drive), the Town Council and the Planning Commission of the Town of Bluefield, Virginia will hold a JOINT PUBLIC HEARING to receive input regarding the proposed rezoning of land situated along Stockton Street and Grim Street in the Town of Bluefield, Virginia. Such rezoning will rezone the said land from DISTRICT R-2 – RESIDENTIAL LIMITED to DISTRICT MHS – MANUFACTURED HOUSING SUBDIVISION. A map of the specific area(s) proposed to be rezoned is available for review at the Building & Zoning Department of the Town Hall in Bluefield, Virginia (112 Huffard Drive). Such map may be viewed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to appear at the said JOINT PUBLIC HEARING and present their views.
