NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
Site Plan Approval, Major SLD 2016-001 7-Eleven At WV115 and Jefferson Ave.
The applicant, 7-Eleven has submitted a site plan for the removal of the existing canopy, pavement and existing gas pumps to be replaced with a new canopy, pavement and gas pumps. The property is located at 23 Jefferson Avenue. The property is identified by District 3, Tax Map 9, Parcel 15.00 and is zoned Neighborhood Commercial. Applicant is requesting site plan approval from the Planning Commission.
