PUBLIC HEARING
TO: CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF FAIRMONT:
The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a special public hearing for the following request on September 19, 2019 at 6:00 P.M.; or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street. The item, as provided below, was tabled at the September 5, 2019 meeting.
• Diana Logue is requesting a variance from City Code Section 3.1.1.F Development Standards which requires a minimum side yard setback for accessor structure of 5 feet.  The applicant wishes to encroach in the side setback 2.5 feet.  The property is zoned General Residential, located at 38 Hollen Circle and is identified as tax parcel 3-14-87.
Any interested person may appear at the public hearing and be heard on the matter.
Following the public hearing, the Commission shall take such action as it deems necessary in the premises.
