NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
February 5, 2015
The City of Lewisburg Planning Commission will meet Wednesday February 4, 2015, at 5:30 PM, in a working session to discuss the City of Lewisburg Comprehensive Plan, and in a regular session on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 7 PM to hear the following issues:
The meeting will be held in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in the Lewisburg City Hall, 942 West Washington Street, Lewisburg.
1. Call to order
2. Public Hearing: Greenbrier Valley Restoration Project, Sketch/Site Plan Review, 204 North Jefferson Street, Greenbrier County Deed Book 569, Page 236.
3. Public Hearing: Tom and Angela Reynolds, Re-zoning Request, 741 North Jefferson Street, Greenbrier County Deed Book 223, Page 546.
4. Approval of Minutes: December 22, 2014.
5. Communication from Members:
*Next meeting March 5, 2015, with a deadline of February 13, 2015.
