Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
Concept Plan Revision Request for Norborne Glebe Subdivision.
Arcadia Land Inc is requesting a conversion of the multi-family area to townhouses with a slight adjustment to the footprint, and adjustment to future residential use areas to allow flexibility on product type while still maintaining maximum allowable units.
