NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday May 23, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Planning Commission on the following matter:
Amendment to the City of Charles Town Zoning Ordinance (ZO)
Amendment to Article 1323(C) adding a new number 5 “Towing and Impound Storage Yard”.
Amendment to Article 1325 of the Zoning Ordinance to add a definition of “Towing and Impound Storage Yard”.
Proposed Draft Ordinance Inspection
The proposed amendment is available for public inspection at Charles Town City Hall 105 South George Street, Charles Town, WV, 25414 and online at http://www.charlestownwv.us/.
