Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Charles Town City Hall Council Chambers, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Board of Zoning Appeals on the following matter:

Docket # BA 2016-0014: Variance The applicant, Jamie Lull, has requested a variance from Table 1322.08, NR District Bulk and Area Regulations of the Charles Town Zoning Ordinance for the Minimum Lot Size for a Single-Family Detached Dwelling at the property of Commercial L.T. (36) Greenfield Subdivision. Property is identified as District 3, Map 10A, Parcel 23.
