NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Historic Landmarks Commission of the City of Charles Town will hold Public Hearing on the following applications as required in Article 141, Historic Landmarks Commission, of the City of Charles Town Codified Ordinances. The meeting will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, West Virginia.

HLC-COA 2016-0009 A request by Reliable Home Sales, LLC. dba Exit Success Realty for a Certificate of Appropriateness to permit the replacement of the plexiglass face within the existing sign box on the front façade of the building, on behalf of the business Exit Success Realty, located at 120-B West Washington Street.
