NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Jefferson County Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Workshop for a Concept Plan for an
Outdoor Resort to be located along Millville Road in Harpers Ferry. The applicant is proposing
approximately 160 cabin/tent sites/yurts and 169 RV sites in the vicinity of the quarry lake on the 404.68
acre parcel. The applicant is also proposing a lodge, boat rentals and other outdoor recreational
activities.
Copies of the proposed Concept Plan is available at the Office of Planning & Zoning (304-728-3228).
Oral or written comments may be provided at the hearing located in the Charles Town Library
meeting room at 200 E Washington Street, accessed at the side entrance on Samuel Street. In
