Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will meet Monday January 9, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. in a working session and 5 p.m. in regular session in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg,WV.

2. Approval of Minutes: December 5, 2016.
3. Public Hearing: Christine B. Stump 207 Randolph Street, install wood sign 15 5”x 36”x2” 4 foot square installed on a 40”black steel bracket.
4. Public Hearing: GVRP Montwell Park 204 North Jefferson Street. Two New wooden signs, first one 16x 30 to replace old sign, and second one will be on the building 4 foot by 2 Foot.
6. Chuck Smith : Discussion Patrick Tilley 1660 East Washington Street new 240 square foot deck.
7. Communication from Members:
*Next meeting February 13, 2017 with a deadline of January 27, 2017.
