Notice is hereby given that the Town of Quinwood, a Municipal Corp-oration, is accepting sealed bids on certain valuable real estate located on Belle Boulevard. A minimum bid is set at $3000.00
Description of property: Parcel numbers twenty three (23) and twenty four (24) Lot number Eleven (11) and twelve (12) in block “B” each front twenty five (25) feet on Belle Boulevard, as set forth on a revised map of the Town of Quinwood, dated April 1, 1925, which said map is of record in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s office in record of Maps, Vol.1 at page 101; and in Deed Book number 177 on page 334.
Written, sealed bids for the property will be accepted and received no later than 12am on August 26th 2016 at Quinwood Town Hall located on 129 School Street, Quinwood , West Virginia 25981.
