SNC PUBLICATION
In accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.8(f)(2)(vii), the Board is required to report, in the largest daily newspaper, all industrial users who were in significant noncompliance (SNC) with the Pretreatment requirements at any time during the fiscal period, July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019. The firms that were in significant noncompliance during the fiscal period, the SNC parameter(s), and the corrective action(s) taken are listed below.
Beckley Veterans Administration Medical Center – oil and grease, SNC for Technical Review Criteria (TRC) for Oil and Grease local limit violation for one quarter. Beckley VA Medical Center enters the new fiscal year in full compliance.
