NOTICE
The City Council of Oak Hill wishes to lease the depot facility located on Virginia Street and Central Avenue. Potential tenants of the facility should submit a written business plan to City Council at City Hall, 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill or mail to: City of Oak Hill, P.O. Box 1245, Oak Hill, WV 25901. The amount of monthly rent is negotiable and should be addressed in the business plan. The depot will be open for inspection on January 17th, 31st and February 14th at 2 p.m. by appointment only. Appointments to inspect the interior may be made by calling 304 469 9541.
City Council will consider awarding a year lease agreement at a meeting of Council on March 9, 2020. If Council leases the facility the begin date will be April 1, 2020.
Business plans will be reviewed with an emphasis on the quality of products or services made available to the public by the tenant.
