The City of Bluefield WV is seeking Housing Preservation Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development.
The funding would be used to address Substance Abuse Disorder and low-income housing through the rehabilitation of multi-family housing in Mercer County, WV. The public will be able to comment and obtain a copy of the proposal by calling 304-327-2401, ext. 2415.
